At Restroom Stalls and All, we strive to ensure your commercial restroom projects are completed with the highest quality hardware. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Return Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and details of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all mounting hardware, instructions, and components are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship Items Back

  Affix the provided RMA label to the exterior of the box and ship the package via a trackable carrier to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for damage, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
